Joebay Aerials will provide aerial photography of all your properties, both verticals and obliques. They are geo-referenced to allow us to place arrows on a base map showing precisely where each image was taken and in what direction. The Coastal Visions proprietary software allows viewers to easily navigate between properties or communities and intuitively view aerial imagery. Both mouse and touch screen interfaces are available for desktop or laptop use. Features include: arrow click and view, slider zooming, zoom to target and full screen slideshows. Optional ground and aerial HD video capability are available also.

The CV package operates on several scopes to offer a wide range of flexibility. At the corporate office level it will support PC and laptop based solutions as well as server and DVD based libraries. In the conference room, Coastal Visions can be configured to operate on a dual monitor configuration allowing inexpensive LCD TV’s to act as image viewing devices while being controlled by an ordinary laptop with HDMI output or in the near future, with the newly arriving ‘Slate PCs’ a windows touch based iPad like device. This LCD-TV / Slate solution could be easily installed as public browsing devices in sales offices and information centers.

Client delivery is facilitated through DVD mailings as well as a web based CV product. The web product will not allow zooming except through the use of .pdf files and the standard resolution of the image base will be 800x600 pixels to allow quick loading.
